We Are Investigating the Following Injuries

These injuries occurred as a result of using the following products:

  • Autism/ASD
  • Asperger’s Syndrome
  • Kanner’s Syndrome (Classic Autistic Disorder)
  • Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS)
  • Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
  • ADHD

We Cannot Investigate Cases Where:

  • The mother is not the representative or is not willing/able to pursue the claim on the injured child’s behalf, OR the mother is not the legal guardian of an incapacitated adult child, OR the mother is deceased and the next of kin is not willing to pursue the claim on her behalf, OR the adult pursuing the claim on his/her own behalf’s mother is otherwise not willing to assist in pursuing the claim.
  • The injured client that is now an adult (18 or older) pursuing a claim on his/her own behalf is not under the age of 29.
  • The mother did not take the products(s) at issue throughout her pregnancy (into both the second and third trimester).
  • There is no diagnosis of any of the above-listed injuries and the mother or adult is not willing to obtain a formal diagnosis.
