Mission
The Hardeeville Municipal Court’s mission is to administer justice equitably, impartially, and fairly, adhering to the South Carolina Code of Laws, directives from the South Carolina Court Administration, and the guidelines set by the City of Hardeeville.
Additionally, the court aims to operate efficiently while continually improving its performance.
Court Duties & Responsibilities
The Hardeeville Municipal Court operates under the umbrella of the South Carolina Court Administration and functions as the judicial arm of the City of Hardeeville. Its jurisdiction encompasses the adjudication of traffic offenses, criminal misdemeanor violations, and City ordinances.
